Warranty
3 months on the repaired fault.
The specific fault I repaired. If the coupling relay I replaced fails again within 3 months, I repair it at no cost. Part and labour included. Outbound shipping is on you, I pay the return once repaired.
Faults different from the originally repaired one. If I replaced the 230 V charger and 3 months later the coupling relay fails, that's a new fault and has to be diagnosed separately. It also doesn't cover damage from faulty vehicle installation, external mains surges or use outside manufacturer specifications.
If your unit fails again within 3 months, send me a WhatsApp message with the repair number (you have it on the invoice) and a description of the symptom. I'll confirm it's the same fault and send shipping instructions.
Payment methods
Simple payment by SEPA transfer or Bizum.
Payment is made after you approve the quote and before the repair starts. It's simpler for both sides and avoids COD on shipping. VAT invoice always included.
